| ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Prepare and manage general correspondence and contract deliverables to translink client. General document copying, filing, faxing and distribution maintaining on-site records repository and associated system records. Ensures distribution of information conforms to quality requirements in a timely manner; processes, records and reviews for sign-off any formal document to be sent to customer; applies standard procedures and policies regarding document control (revise and update as necessary) Manage documentation logs, transmittal notices, obtains required document signatures and ensures delivery to customers. Maintenance of on-site document repository and associated systems to maintain records. Maintain all archived documents on-site and off-site. Formal distribution of documents to customers. Maintain an on-line system with up to date information. | ||||||||||||||

| EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school diploma (AA degree or several years of post high school education preferred); good understanding of general business English, key-boarding and working knowledge of general office computer programs(MS Word, Outlook, Excel), internet/intranet experience, including knowledge of search engines, strong organizational/prioritizing skills, able to work with all levels of management and technical staff, must be conscientious, pleasant and positive attitude with a sense of humor. | ||||||||||||||
