| ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Responsible for processing invoices for projects and operations. Perform AR aging and GL tie-out on a weekly basis and prepare the reconciliation report at month end. Review account statement and collect aged receivables. Assist change board meeting and track all request from customers and change orders. Responsible for the filing of accounting records, including hard copies and electronic versions and maintain an organized filing system.
