  .:: Essential Job Duties:
  Specific duties include, but are not limited to providing policy and program advice to the MARCENT CI/HUMINT Officer and AC/S G2 on all CI/HUMINT matters in support of USMC forces in the CENTCOM AOR. Support will also include CI/HUMINT operations management support (Military Source Operations oversight and management, interrogation plans, policy, debriefing overt HUMINT Collection, and CI support to Force Protection). Contractor will assist in the management of operational Intelligence Funds (Emergency and Extraordinary Expense funds, Marine Corps CI/HUMINT Program funds) to include tracking expenditures and conducting reconciliation. Contractor will also assist in the development of command positions on all issues related to CI and HUMINT employment, policy and provide planning support. Contractor will assist in the coordination of all USMC CI/HUMINT operations in the USCENTCOM AOR to include coordinating with other USCENTCOM branches, Services, Commands and national agencies to ensure that all USMC CI/HUMINT operations are coordinated.

  .:: Education/Experience Requirements:
  Applicants should have prior CIHU management experience conducting CI and/or HUMINT Collections through Military Source Operations, Interrogation, Debriefing or CI Investigations. Be a graduate of a DOD CI/HUMINT Collections Certification Course (MAGTF CI/HU Basic Course, US Army CI or HUMINT Collector MOS Course, DIA HCC Course) or OGA equivalent course. Individuals must have the ability to work with high level staffs and must possess the necessary communication skills, both verbal and written, to be an effective staff member.
