  .:: Essential Job Duties:
  Manage existing task orders and develop new work under existing contract for weapons of mass destruction. Specific expertise in modeling and simulation programs working with CBRN hazard prediction modeling in nuclear and WMD research and development is required. Must be able to track and forecast expenditures and provide management oversight for technical personnel, including hiring, performance reviews and other activities. Keen business acumen preferred with an ability to direct, perform, or assist in contract actions such as preparing contract deliverable, establishing subcontracts and statements of work. A successful candidate will be able to participate in writing technical white papers and assist with proposals relevant to DoD programs. Occasional travel may be required.
     
  .:: Mental/Physical Requirements:
  Ability to perform tasks under deadlines. Excellent reasoning and problem solving skills. Ability to work with senior Government and Industry leaders. Must have a very high degree of attention to detail. Must be capable of working at a computer terminal for extended periods. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must be capable of transporting and lifting 50 pound boxes of documents and equipment. Must be able to travel unassisted foreign and domestic.

  .:: Education/Experience Requirements:
  - Masters degree in physics, chemistry, mathematics, engineering, or related discipline is required
- Experience with DoD modeling and simulation and nuclear weapons effects is highly desirable
- Leadership/management experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Prior military service highly desirable
