| ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Under the direction of Vice President, Contracts, this executive position is responsible for managing and directing supply chain and subcontract/procurement activities. Responsibilities include: Strategic determination of the source of products/services and management of supply sources. Overall responsibility for source selection, negotiation, and award of sub-contracts and purchase orders and responsibility for the management of subcontractor's performance (technical, quality, schedule, cost performance requirements) in a manner that fully supports the achievement of Cubic's business objectives. Develop, implement and maintain subcontract/procurement policies, systems, procedures, and controls to ensure achievement of business objectives. Implement measures for the continuous development, training and growth of subcontracts and procurement personnel. Establish evaluation methods for suppliers, maintaining a current supplier quality data base. Ensure compliance with company regulations which includes compliance with U.S. Government and applicable foreign government statutes and regulations (i.e. U.S. ITAR export statutes and regulations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, etc). | ||||||

| EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Ten years experience in supply chain/subcontracts management under high value U.S. Government Defense projects. Proven leadership qualities, highly developed planning and organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate business issues and objectives at all levels of management. Advanced degree preferred in materials management, business administration or related field. Eligible to participate in classified contract activities and have access to classified information.
