| -Deliver Advanced Individual Training (AIT) to Soldiers attending the US Army Ordnance Mechanical Maintenance School in accordance with the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Program of Instruction (POI) for the 63B (91B), 63D (91P), 63H (91H), 63J (91J) Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) -Conduct classroom/laboratory conference, discussion, demonstration, and practical exercises (includes course introduction, technical information delivery, hardware practical exercises and various forms of computer-assisted instruction); Administer and grade written and hands-on performance tests; conduct student critiques; conduct academic counseling of students and complete counseling record; evaluates student performance and prepare student documentation; and perform supervisory support for each student; Provide remedial training for students requiring additional instruction in order to perform student objectives to standard -Prepare classroom or training area, including reviewing lesson plans, subject matter material, inserting and removing faults impairments and problems, and manage training aids and devices -Provide instructor notes and update lesson plans, and review and/or revise existing training materials -Travel as required to support mobile training team efforts | ||||||

| -5 years experience troubleshooting and performing unit maintenance on MOS specific automotive systems; related components; or other major equipment, including brake systems, suspension systems, wheel/hub assemblies, mechanical (manual) and hydraulic (power) steering systems, diesel and gas turbine power plants/packs, engine fuel systems, air induction systems, vehicle exhaust systems, air and liquid cooling systems, vehicle starting systems, vehicle charging systems, hull electrical systems, automatic and cross drive transmission assemblies, auxiliary drive assemblies and power units, fire suppression systems, gas particulate filter systems, electrical/fuel heater systems, pumps, relater type/reverse osmosis water purification systems, decontamination systems, protective filter systems, smoke generator systems, laundry washer/extractor systems, dryer/tumbler systems (mechanical), and quartermaster/chemical equipment electrical systems. -Experience performing battlefield damage assessment and repair. BNCOC required; ANCOC preferred; -Qualified in the Army Instructor Training Course, Systems Approach to Training, or equivalent is desired | ||||||
