| The Site Manager is the senior contract representative to the FIRST Naval Construction Division in Little Creek, VA. Provides guidance, direction, and supervision of contract personnel. Serves as the official contractor representative to the government Site COR at the site. Coordinates all site contractor activities or tasks with the SITE COR. Performs evaluations of current activities to determine multi-year projections for personnel, hardware, and software. Ensures tasks are completed within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Participates in executing assigned tasks (scenario/storyline/MSEL development and M&S as appropriate) within the scope of his military operational experience and acquired skill sets. Empowered to negotiate and establish binding decisions, within scope of the current contract agreement, on behalf of the contractor. Prepares monthly status reports and other reports as required. Recommends travel plans to the COR to support events away from simulation site. Plans, prepares, and executes assigned events. Attends conferences and meetings as determined by the Site COR. | ||||||

| .:: Education/Experience Requirements: | ||||||
| Civilian Education. Bachelor's degree required; major in management, engineering, military science, or equivalent area. Masters degree is desirable in business management, engineering, military science, contracting, or equivalent area. Military Education. Minimum three years experience in military training and education. Attendance at Intermediate Level School such as Marine Corps CSC or completion of equivalent nonresident course required. Military Operational Experience. Minimum ten years operational experience in deployment and employment of military engineer, ground combat, aviation, supporting arms, and/or combat service support units and related equipment. Minimum ten years demonstrated knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at MAGTF or joint/combined command level as measured by actual operational force employment experience. Direct participation in real world operations is desired. Naval Construction Force experience and/or familiarity with military engineering operations are especially desired. Management. Must demonstrate the managerial skill and experience necessary to manage a remote site. Minimum, two years, of site manager (or similar) experience. | ||||||
