| .:: Essential Job Duties: | ||||||
| Employee will provide Senior Military Analyst support to the Constructive Directorate (CD) with emphasis on planning and executing the Sims evaluation program. Requirements include, but are not limited to, coordinating verification, validation and accreditation testing events for various simulations. Employee will do long range scheduling of events, organizing testing events, and planning for personnel, equipment and space for test events. Must control the test case system including assigning test case writing tasks, auditing the written tests for completeness and correctness, and monitoring review of test cases. Builds and briefs monthly IPR slides. Writes tactical scenarios and vignettes. Participates as a combat developer subject matter expert articulating training requirements to the material developers. Also provides expertise to material developers in areas including conduct of military operations (combat and peacekeeping); conduct of command and staff training; and preparation and execution of training events. Should have knowledge of training with simulations, C2 systems, exercise design, and Army doctrine. | ||||||

| Master's Degree or a Master's in Military Science degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred graduate of a senior service school course such as the U.S. Army War College, Naval War College, Air Force War College, or equivalent Industrial College. Six years experience and expertise in U.S. Army and joint doctrine, to include combat, CS, and CSS. Commanded, as a field grade officer, or have held a staff position within Intelligence (G2), Operations/Plans (G3), Supply (G4), Corps, or Major Command (MACOM)level. | ||||||
