| .:: Essential Job Duties: | ||||||
| Concentrated expertise in integrating Microsoft server products as well as other Operating Systems in an Active Directory environment. Experience designing network infrastructures using Cisco and Juniper devices. Performs the design, integration and development of multi-vendor product solutions in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Should have recent DoD systems architecture and development experience as a senior or technical lead on an Information Technology engineering team. Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing complex computer systems. Determines systems specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and integration to build new technology solutions. Experience with software and systems security hardening (Information Assurance) required for accreditation to operate. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total systems. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies then develops and recommends corrective actions. Must provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior level team members. Must have outstanding communication skills including strong customer relations and formal presentation / speaking skills and experience. Should have well-developed writing and PowerPoint / Visio skills. Position requires strong team leadership skills as well as the ability to communicate a complex, technical vision to sophisticated Government clients. | ||||||
