| ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Under limited supervision must complete complex system test assignments following designated standards and company procedures. Duties include the derivation and application of functional and environmental test techniques in a lead test role. In addition will work closely with design engineers to create test procedures and test reports. Identify required test resources and need dates. Prepare and present test status at project reviews. Conduct test dry runs and formal testing in accordance with written procedures. Support system integration and conduct factory and on-site testing (requires periodic travel). Prepare presentation materials and support test readiness reviews. Develop and manage test budgets and schedules. Interface with customers, subcontractors and vendors regarding test issues. Track test failures to closure. Perform other system test engineering responsibilities as required to meet contractual obligations. | ||||||

| EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline plus two years of related experience; or Master of Science degree in an engineering discipline. Effective written and oral communication skills are required. Proficiency in using Microsoft office software is required. Ability to obtain a security clearance is desired. US Citizenship required. Must be able to travel for periods of up to six weeks. | ||||||
