	.:: Essential Job Duties:
	Provide expert skills and knowledge to deliver instruction in accordance with Government provided curriculum for the Recruit Company Commander course. Provide curriculum maintenance, including updates and changes for the course as required and directed. Instructor must model desired behavior, appearance, demeanor and performance at all times. Training will be lecture and scenario based and may include an aggressive Level 2 training evaluation program that will be used to determine instructor effectiveness. Position requires completion of the TRACEN Cape May instructor qualification process within 3 months of reporting aboard. This is a contingency position with an anticipated start date on or about 1 Nov 2010.
	.:: Mental/Physical Requirements:
	Excellent English written and oral communication skills required. Must be physically fit and able to work extended hours and weekends on occasion and as required. Ability to possess common access card (CAC). Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
	.:: Education/Experience Requirements:
	Must meet the physical fitness standards set in the TRACEN Cape May Recruit Training Standard Operating Procedures for Company Commanders, must be within Commandant Weight Standards and must present same neat, orderly and military appearance required of Company Commanders. Prior military experience, while desired, is not required. One year prior successful instructor experience, regardless of content, is required.
