| This individual will guide and coordinate team operations, serve as an advisor to the Simulation Training Center Commander/Director and be the primary trainer for Exercise Director functions. Seeking a retired field grade officer with recent Combat Training Center (CTC) or combat experience and command or primary staff experience at battalion, brigade and/or division level. Graduation from CGSC/ILE required as well as two years experience with constructive simulation (preferably JCATS). Desired skills/knowledge includes NATO structure/TTP and teaching experience as a tactics instructor at branch course or CGSC. | ||||||

| Must be able to travel unassisted to US and foreign locations. Must be able to move, carry, and operate personal computer equipment and related material. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. | ||||||
| .:: Education/Experience Requirements: | ||||||
| Experienced combat arms officer of at least LTC (Ret); COL (Ret) desired. Current in the operations, doctrine and experiences described in 'essential duties,' above. Live and Constructive simulation experience highly desired, as described for CTC, JRTC, JMRC (above) and/or constructive simulation experience. Battalion command experience highly desirable. Maturity, patience, ability to successfully teach and convey complex information essential. Strong writing skills essential; computer skills essential. CGSC graduation; SSC graduation, if appropriate, is highly desirable. | ||||||
